Let’s face it, not getting adequate sleep makes it impossible to function at our best. We suffer medical problems and mental and emotional health challenges. We even shortchange ourselves income, relationships and opportunities when we allow lost sleep to dictate the quality of our lives. We believe sleep is an unalienable right that allows us to maximize our potential as Americans. Let’s strive be our best and get our zZz!

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is a well-known phrase in the second paragraph of the first article of the US Declaration of Independence. The phrase expresses three key examples of “unalienable rights.”The Declaration was established, in part, to protect these rights.
