AWAKE Angels

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed many in our community in financial hardships.  We want to put our supply of factory-sealed CPAP masks into the hands of those that need them most.   

Every $25 donation to the AWAKE Angels program will ensure that a mask is provided to a person in need.

ASAA Donations FAQ

The American Sleep Apnea Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.  Your donation may be tax-deductible.  Please check with your tax adviser to find out more.  Certain donations in which the donor receives a good or service in return for a donation are not tax-deductible or may be partially deductible.  For example, CPAP Assistance Program Fees are not deductible. 

To make a donation in honor of someone, be sure to check the box for ‘Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone’ and complete the additional information. 

 No, if you provide us with contact information for the family, we will send them an acknowledgement of a donation to them but the amount is kept confidential. 

Acknowledgements are sent out on a monthly basis.  Annual statements are sent out in January of the following year.  If you don’t receive either an acknowledgement or statement, feel free to email us or give us a call.  We will gladly send another one. 


At this time, we are only able to take cash, CPAP machines, and CPAP supply donations.

Donors will receive an annual statement reflecting the prior year total contributions.  Statements are mailed in January.
