Group in your area.  Groups can be started by doctors or dentists, sleep technicians and sleep labs, hospitals and clinics, and patients volunteers- just to name a few. Since 1990, the AWAKE Network has helped enhance the lives of those with sleep apnea by providing educational resources, patient to patient support, and real life solutions. AWAKE groups work by combating isolation, providing patients with information and a chance to digest it, and presenting opportunities to think out problems and ask questions.

Let’s get started

  • Identify an AWAKE Coordinators who will take responsibility for the group’s success and logistical/planning aspects.
  • Get your group started by completing this application form and paying the $150 annual membership fee. The fee will get your AWAKE Group listed on our website directory.
  • Your AWAKE Group will then receive a Guidebook, and four AWAKE presentation modules to help you kick off the meetings.
  • Plan your first meeting and email us the details prior to the date so we can broadcast on our social media channels.
  • Provide a sign up list for attendees to receive our newsletter and join the community.
